1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jj10", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jj10 platform and its operating entity, licensed under international gaming regulations.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jj10 account.
• "Platform" means the jj10 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at jj10.bet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain a jj10 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

jj10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active jj10 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jj10 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. jj10 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj10 login credentials — specifically your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. You must notify jj10 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jj10 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from jj10 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team at [email protected].

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jj10 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jj10 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jj10's discretion.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your jj10 account dashboard. These thresholds may vary by payment method and by player account tier within the jj10 VIP programme.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. VIP tier members receive prioritised withdrawal processing.

jj10 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is required, withdrawal processing will be paused until satisfactory documentation is provided. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to that same method where technically possible.

Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and may not use payment methods that are not registered in their own name. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jj10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jj10 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from a balance containing active bonus funds.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, blackjack, and other table games may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Bets placed above the stated maximum will not contribute to wagering requirements and any resulting winnings may be voided.
• Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• jj10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of any player who has already begun wagering under a live promotion are not materially disadvantaged.

Any player found to be abusing the jj10 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, deliberately structuring bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.

7. Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the jj10 platform — including slots, live blackjack, live baccarat, roulette, and all other table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a monitored studio environment. The fairness and integrity of all jj10 games is independently audited on a regular basis.

Sports betting markets on the jj10 sportsbook are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet — including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, UFC events, or any other sporting event — jj10's decision, made in accordance with its sportsbook rules, shall be final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during gameplay, jj10's system records shall constitute the definitive record of the outcome. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj10 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple jj10 accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or derive unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker-format game.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or misconfigured odds in a systematic and deliberate manner.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jj10 platform — including but not limited to the jj10 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jj10 or its licensed content providers. No part of the jj10 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of jj10.

Your jj10 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence is immediately revoked upon closure or suspension of your account.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Responsible Gaming

jj10's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your jj10 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jj10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jj10 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and performance, jj10 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jj10's reasonable control.

13. Termination

jj10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jj10 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• The player's account activity presents a risk of harm to other players or to the integrity of the jj10 platform.
• jj10 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure for cause, any real money balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with the circumstances. Where closure results from a player's breach, jj10 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately owned by the player and are not subject to forfeiture under these terms, they will be returned via the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds are not refundable under any circumstances.

Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive real money balance will have that balance returned to the player's registered payment method within standard processing timelines.

14. Amendments to These Terms
